Serving social security claimants since 1993
My Mission:
My mission is to serve my clients/friends as though it was my case that was being handled. Most of my clients leave my office after the first appointment with a wealth of knowledge about what has happened to them so far and what is yet to come.
My Vision:
My vision is to bring peace and harmony to those I serve.
My Values:
I am a dedicated, hard working person who strives to stay up to date on every changing rules and regulations of the Social Security Administration. Honesty and integrity are at the core of my practice.
My Goals:
To use the knowledge of my past experiences to benefit my clients. For example, I have a 24- hour return call policy just like my former employer, Senator Kay R. Hagan. And I have the knowledge to answer difficult Social Security disability questions just like it was required when I worked for Deborah F. Maury, Attorney at Law for 20 years. I honor all promises and commitments to my clients.
My Objectives:
My objective is to help as many people as possible to obtain their Social Security disability benefits. I will always search for new and improved best practices to help my clients.
As you can see from the Home page, I have been serving Social Security disability claimants since 1993 when I started working for the Law Offices of Deborah F. Maury. In 2013, I went to work for Senator Kay R. Hagan from the congressional side helping North Carolinians who had major issues with their Social Security cases. I have been working my own successful practice since 2015. I also assist Deborah F. Maury in Greensboro, North Carolina with her new practice.
I had three hearings with two different judges and three different lawyers and lost my Social Security case every time. Then I met Ms. Kennedy and she won my benefits for me the very first time. You changed my life! Thank you, Ms. Kennedy. Sincerely, J. Lester.
I was worried I would not win my benefits because I was so young (won at age 30) but disabled. Ms. Kennedy stood by me every step of the way and won my benefits for me. Thank you! N. Grogan.
Ms. Kennedy represented me and my husband for Social Security disability benefits. Both cases were won without the need for a hearing. We appreciate you Ms. Kennedy. The Dancys!
Initially Ms. Kennedy came to our house and met with my wife, took an initial application, and won my wife's case. I had been working for a company for at least 30 years and could no longer work. Ms. Kennedy won my case without the need for a hearing. Thank you so much! The Duncans.
My wife reached out to Ms. Kennedy and her case was won at the hearing level. I struggled to continue working because we both could not be out of work at the same time. Ms. Kennedy won my case without the need for a hearing. Thanks a bunch! The Tuggles
